What This Is
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by iScope Technologies LLC ("iScope") to process personal data on our behalf in connection with the iScope Platform.
This page lists the subprocessors we use or may use. The list is updated as our service providers change. We provide reasonable notice of material changes to this list.
This document supplements the iScope Privacy Policy.

These subprocessors will be activated when corresponding paid or marketplace features launch in future versions. They are listed here for transparency.

Subprocessor Practices
We select subprocessors based on their data handling practices. Our subprocessor contracts require:
- Confidentiality of iScope and user data
- Use of data only for the purposes set forth in the contract
- Implementation of reasonable security measures
- Notification of security incidents affecting iScope data
- Cooperation with deletion and access requests
AI Subprocessor Training Practices
As of the Effective Date of this list:
- Anthropic does not use data submitted via its API to train its models. Reference: Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service.
- OpenAI does not use data submitted via its API to train its models. Reference: OpenAI Business Terms.
- Google does not use data submitted via its Gemini API to train its consumer models. Reference: Google Cloud Vertex AI Terms.
These provider practices may change. iScope monitors these practices and will update the Privacy Policy and this list if material changes occur.
SMS Provider Notice
Users who select SMS as their multi-factor authentication method consent to receiving SMS messages from iScope through our SMS provider. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out.
Property Records API Notice
When you register a property, iScope queries public property records (via our property records API provider) using the property address you provide. This query compares your registered name to publicly available ownership records as part of authority verification.
Updates and Notifications
iScope updates this list when a subprocessor is added, removed, or materially changes its data processing practices. Notifications are communicated via:
- An updated "Last Updated" date on this page
- In-Platform notification to active users for material additions
- Email notification where appropriate
