iScope Technologies LLC — End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: May 16, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and iScope Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("iScope"), and governs your installation, access, and use of the iScope iOS mobile application (the "App").
This EULA is in addition to the iScope Terms of Service. To the extent of any conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service, this EULA controls solely with respect to the licensed software itself.
1. License Grant
Subject to your continuing compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, iScope grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, located within the United States, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights in the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
- Use the App for any purpose for which it was not designed
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
- Use the App to develop a competing product or service
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any technical limitations of the App, including geographic restrictions
- Use the App outside the United States
3. Ownership
The App and all copies are licensed, not sold. iScope and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates
iScope may from time to time provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Updates may be installed automatically or require your action depending on your device settings. This EULA governs all updates unless a separate license accompanies a particular update.
5. Third-Party Components
The App may include third-party software components subject to their own license terms. A list of such components is available within the App's "About" or "Licenses" section.
6. Apple App Store Provisions
Because you obtained the App through Apple's App Store:
- This EULA is between you and iScope, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Your license to use the App is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the App's purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the App.
- You represent that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is licensed on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iScope disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The disclaimers in Section 15 of the Terms of Service are incorporated here by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
The limitations and exclusions of liability in Section 16 of the Terms of Service are incorporated here by reference.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 2, 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions of Section 18 of the Terms of Service.
