Accessibility Statement
This Accessibility document describes iScope Technologies LLC's ("iScope") commitment to making the iScope platform accessible to people with disabilities. It supplements R.1 Anti-Discrimination and applicable accessibility law.
1. COMMITMENT
iScope is committed to providing a Platform that is accessible to people with disabilities, in compliance with applicable accessibility law and best practices.
We strive to ensure that our digital products — the iScope web application and mobile applications — are usable by people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
2. APPLICABLE LAW
2.1 Americans with Disabilities Act. The Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), Title III, applies to places of "public accommodation." Federal courts have increasingly recognized that websites and mobile applications offering goods and services to the public are subject to ADA Title III, particularly where there is a nexus to physical places of public accommodation or where the service itself is broadly public-facing.
iScope's Platform is broadly public-facing and operates as a marketplace for home services. iScope's accessibility approach is designed to support ADA Title III compliance.
2.2 State and Local Accessibility Laws. Many states and localities have laws extending accessibility obligations beyond federal ADA, including:
-
California — Unruh Civil Rights Act, California Disabled Persons Act, plus state-specific construction standards;
-
New York — Human Rights Law, NYC Human Rights Law;
-
Massachusetts, Florida, and others with similar protections.
iScope complies with applicable state and local accessibility laws.
2.3 Section 508. For government users where applicable, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act may apply.
3. STANDARD: WCAG 2.1 AA
3.1 Target Standard. iScope targets compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is a widely recognized standard for accessible web and digital content.
3.2 Conformance. iScope strives for conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA. Specific success criteria addressed include:
-
Perceivable — text alternatives, adaptable content, distinguishable content;
-
Operable — keyboard accessibility, sufficient time, accessible navigation;
-
Understandable — readable, predictable, input assistance;
-
Robust — compatible with assistive technologies.
3.3 Continuous Improvement. Accessibility is an ongoing process. iScope continuously works to improve accessibility through:
-
accessibility-conscious design;
-
accessibility testing (automated and manual);
-
feedback from users with disabilities;
-
updates as accessibility standards evolve.

5.4 High Contrast / Dark Mode. Display options support high-contrast and dark-mode preferences from the operating system or browser.
6. CONTRACTOR ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
Contractors have accessibility responsibilities under R.1 Section 5:
6.1 Service Animal Access. Per the ADA, service animals (and in some jurisdictions, support animals) must be permitted by Contractors during Project work.
6.2 Communication Accommodations. Contractors will reasonably accommodate Customer communication needs (e.g., text-based communication for hearing-impaired Customers, oral communication for sight-impaired Customers).
6.3 Property Access Accommodations. Contractors will adjust work practices to accommodate Customer's disability-related needs (e.g., scheduling around medical needs, alternative entry arrangements, low-sensory work practices for sensory-sensitive Customers).
6.4 Hiring of Personnel. Contractors are reminded of their obligations under federal and state law regarding their own employment of persons with disabilities (ADA Title I and analogues).

8. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
iScope acknowledges that accessibility is an ongoing pursuit and that the Platform may have some accessibility limitations at any given time. Where you encounter an accessibility issue:
-
report it to accessibility@iscope360.com;
-
iScope will investigate and address with appropriate priority;
-
workarounds may be available pending fixes.
We particularly welcome feedback from people who use assistive technologies, as their experience helps us improve.
9. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Platform may include third-party content (e.g., Contractor-uploaded photos, Customer-uploaded documents). iScope's accessibility commitments apply to the Platform's own features; the accessibility of user-uploaded content depends on the uploader. Where third-party content is inaccessible, iScope:
-
encourages uploaders to provide accessible alternatives (e.g., alt text for photos);
-
provides tools where feasible for users to request accessible alternatives;
-
does not warrant the accessibility of third-party content.
10. FEEDBACK AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
iScope welcomes accessibility feedback. Channels:
-
accessibility@iscope360.com — primary contact;
-
In-app feedback — accessibility issue reporting;
-
User Advisory — iScope occasionally engages users with disabilities to provide input on accessibility.
11. REVIEW AND UPDATES
iScope reviews and updates its accessibility approach periodically:
-
accessibility audits (internal and, where appropriate, third-party);
