iScope Technologies LLC — Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookies and Tracking Technologies Policy explains the tracking technologies used by iScope Technologies LLC ("iScope," "we," "us," or "our") on the iScope iOS mobile application and our website at iscope360.com.

This Policy supplements the iScope Privacy Policy.

2. Tracking Technologies in the iOS App

The iScope iOS app uses native rendering only — no embedded web views. The following identifiers and SDKs are used:

2.1 Apple Identifiers

Identifier for Vendors (IDFV). A device identifier shared across all apps from iScope on the same device. We use this for internal anonymous analytics. The IDFV resets when you remove all iScope apps from your device.

Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Not used. iScope does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track across other apps or websites.

2.2 Authentication Tokens

We use authentication tokens (such as JSON Web Tokens) to keep you signed in. These are stored securely on your device.

2.3 Analytics SDK

iScope uses an analytics SDK to understand how the app is used in aggregate. Analytics events are collected on an always-on, anonymous basis:

Anonymous means the analytics provider cannot link events to your user account, email, or any other identifier we hold for you. Analytics is on by default and does not have an in-app opt-out.

The specific analytics SDK in use is identified in our Subprocessor List at iscope360.com/legal/subprocessors.

2.4 Crash Reporting

iScope uses a crash reporting SDK to detect and resolve technical issues. The crash reporter collects:

The specific crash reporting SDK is identified in our Subprocessor List.

2.5 Push Notification Tokens

If you grant push notification permission, the app receives an Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) token. This token allows Apple to deliver notifications from iScope to your device.

Push notifications:

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or the iScope app settings.

2.6 No In-App Web Views

The iScope app does not embed web browser content. All in-app content is rendered natively. As a result, no web cookies are placed within the app.

3. Tracking Technologies on iscope360.com

The iscope360.com website is informational only. Account creation is not available on the website — to use iScope, install the iOS app.

The website uses limited tracking:

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the website to function:
- Session cookies for the email signup form
- Cookie consent preference storage

These cookies cannot be disabled if you wish to use the website.

3.2 Analytics Cookies

The website uses [SPECIFY — e.g., Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom — pending Matt's selection] to understand aggregate website traffic. Analytics is anonymous and does not identify individual visitors.

3.3 Marketing Cookies

Currently not used. If we begin using marketing cookies, we will update this Policy and display a consent banner.

4. App Tracking Transparency (Apple)

iScope does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. We do not display Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt for tracking purposes.

If iScope ever begins cross-app tracking, we will obtain your permission through the ATT framework first.

5. Your Choices

5.1 In the App

5.2 On the Website

5.3 On Marketing Emails

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days per CAN-SPAM.

6. Third-Party Tracking

We do not allow third parties to track users for advertising purposes through the Platform.

Third parties that receive data through their SDKs are limited to the analytics, error reporting, and infrastructure services described in our Subprocessor List.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
